In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its related regulations (collectively, "PDPA"), this privacy notice ("Notice") is issued to all users of our website under the domain www.ipivot.biz ("Website") operated by iPivot Sdn Bhd ("the Company, we, our or us"). This Notice sets out how the Company manages information or Personal Data (as defined in Clause 2 (Description of Personal Data) below) and will inform you of your rights with regards to your Personal Data that has been and/ or will be, collected and processed by us.

In accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by, and will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Notice as updated from time to time.
